Holiday Park The park is very spacious and many
of the pitches have the benefit of lovely views across open countryside
to the sea beyond. Sunsets are particularly beautiful, especially
as the sun appears to melt into the sea. A holiday park much loved
by all age groups for differing reasons. Traditional holidays how
they used to be.For touring caravans and motor homes we offer large
free draining pitches with short grass. Many of the pitches have
a hedge boundary and most are on level ground.
Choice of three well kept modern toilets/shower blocks. Pitches
can be booked with or without electric hook up facilities.
We have a limited number of seasonal pitches available and offer
storage facilities throughout the year.

York Caravan Park is a beautiful, family run touring caravan &
camping site located within the York ring road, yet surrounded by
countryside, making it the ideal choice for holiday makers who enjoy
peace and quiet, without being miles from the attractions of York.

the pitches on our caravan site are super pitches - they have water,
electricity, drains, and television points and are significantly
larger than an average pitch. York Caravan Park was built in 2006
so all the facilities are brand new and of the highest quality.
The site has a small wooded area which is perfect for barbeques
and picnics, a lake and a small nature reserve.

ramblers and all those who enjoy the great outdoors will love our
Keswick Site. On the shore of Derwentwater, you will be a couple
of minutes from the centre of town. Look out for the red squirrels.Please
note that from 1 November there will be no disabled facilities available
at this site.

Sandringham Club Site is set among wooded glades within the Royal
Estate. Screened from the local community and other visitors to
the grounds, it has a lovely, wooded feel – with many of
the pitches being between the trees.
