Sunnyside Bed & Breakfast is a 150 year old farmhouse
typical of the Bowland area. Nestling in 120 acres of lakes and woodland
and surrounded by the beauty of Wyresdale and the Bowland Fells. It
is the perfect setting for a short break with walking or birdwatching
or of course a fishing trip!The Farmhouse comprises of four comfortable
non - smoking bedrooms - one room features an en-suite bathroom. All
rooms are centrally heated, with warm beds, colour televisions and tea
or coffee making facilities.There are two sitting rooms where you can
read a book in peace, watch TV or choose a film and in one of the rooms
you may smoke. As an excellent start to the day a traditional English
breakfast is freshly cooked and served either in the cosy atmosphere
of the farmhouse kitchen or in the restaurant where you can chat to
other guests about your holiday or fishing tactics! Alternative breakfasts
can be catered for - please advise us prior to your stay. The Farmhouse
also features a spacious, mature and beautifully landscaped garden to

Bunkhouse
The Bunkhouse is open all year and is ideally situated for walking
and exploring Snowdonia, North Wales.
Only 2 miles from the footpath to Snowdon.
Large families and groups are welcome to hire the
facilities, comprising of:
Bedroom 1 -- 2 x Bunkbeds, 1 Double bed (Sleeps 6)
Bedroom 2 -- 2 x Bunkbeds, 1 Double bed (Sleeps 6)

| Visitors to Elm Cottage are offered
a choice of accommodation. They can stay in the studio style on-site
Chalet that contains a double bed, a two seater sofa bed and a colour
TV/DVD together with basic self-catering amenities such as fridge, microwave,
toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, and of course an en-suite
bathroom with the normal offices. Alternatively, visitors can be accommodated
in either a double en-suite or family room with private bathroom.
We can offer flexibility to suit your accomodation needs. Please
call to discuss your requirements.
A lounge is normally available for our guests staying in the double
and family rooms within the house. Evening meals are available by
prior arrangement. All meals are served in our guest's dining room
overlooking the garden & pond. Off road car parking is available
for all guests.

From the terrace and the large windows of our spacious bungalow overlooking
Looe Bay, you can gaze at the ever changing sea views and watch the
trawlers approach Banjo Pier as they enter Looe Harbour with their day's
catch.
Our home is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout with spacious
ensuite bedrooms. These have been designed to give our guests every
comfort, including colour TV, central heating and beverage making trays.
A separate bathroom is also available.

We offer hearty breakfasts and delicious evening meals using local
produce, home desserts accompanied by clotted cream, fresh ground coffee
andmints to complete the meal. Should you choose to eat out there is
a family-run farm restaurant nearby, numerous pubs and restaurants in
Looe and Polperro.
We have ample parking and wheelchair access if required. No smoking.

throughout and offer quality accommodation for the discerning visitor.
They can be booked separately or for a group of up to 20. The Farmhouse
and Bay Tree Cottage have a lockable interconnecting door, providing
combined accommodation for up to 12 persons. All the cottages benefit
from the shared use of a laundry room with automatic washing machine
and tumble drier, large play park for children to enjoy, and an enclosed
dog-walking paddock.

| For prime views of the sunset Badgers and Foxglove apartments
provide accommodation at the highest standard having both been freshly
decorated and completed with new bathrooms featuring power showers.
Both enjoy heating with colour TV, CD/radio/cassette player and fully
equipped kitchen. There is a double and a single bedroom to accommodate
a maximum of three adults in each unit, however, the apartments can
be linked to allow for groups of up to six guests.
Badgers, the ground floor apartment, has been designed with both
able and less able guests in mind with wide doors for partial wheelchair

sleeping up to six guests. Exposed beams and stonework blend great character
with state of the art modern fittings in the fully equipped kitchen,

and central heating. The large parking area and gardens enjoy great
views up the Brit Valley providing the perfect setting for a peaceful
