Built in 2002 this caravan is in good condition having been stored under cover for the past five years. End dinette with fixed bunk beds, night lights and storage area.
Main area makes to double bed, TV area with night lights and mood lighting, lots of storage.
The kitchen area has a gas hob, fridge, sink, built in microwave (800 watts). Again lots of storage, a drinks cabinet with smoked glass, all 240 volts with 12volt inverters for lights, hot/cold water, blow air heating.
The bathroom is very large with lots of storage. There is a good size wardrobe.
It has an on board 50Lt water tank, under floor heating, factory fitted satellite dish and a spare wheel and air compressor with gunk.
This caravan was a personal import from Holland and is 2.3m wide (UK legal). We have all the paperwork to prove ownership.
The van tows like a dream and is the perfect family caravan coming with an all weather full-sized awning size (1000cm). The van has been regularly serviced.
We are only selling because the children aren’t children anymore and don’t like the bunks or coming on holiday with their parents.
We intend to buy a continental van with a fixed double bed so might consider an exchange.

One large bathroomSadly our site is closing down and we have to sell our static caravan This is 7 years old 34ft long x 10ft wideIt has extra insulation, double glazing. low watt elec. wall heaters.It is in immaculate condition as our pride and joy - but we all have to go May I please advertise this on your site?I enclose a couple of pics for you to see that I am genuine.
