The views from here, looking out across farmland , are splendid. You can watch the small ships coming and going and see the lights of Mevagissey at night.
There are 17 electric hook-up points against hedges, each in a 30’ x 30’ pitch and a further 9 electric hook-up points within the centre of the field.
The shower block has hand washbasins, toilets and showers. All the hot water is free including the showers. Hairdryers are provided in both the mens and ladies. A separate room has sinks with free hot water for washing dishes. The small laundry has a washing machine, tumble dryer and sinks with free hot water for hand washing. There is a chemical disposal point in a separate enclosure.

The first thing you notice about Penhalt is the sense of open space and clean fresh air. Situated on the Coastal Downs, a mile South of Widemouth Bay, Penhalt Farm has commanding views of the magnificent Atlantic coastline and the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Penhalt is a working farm with a few chickens and we have nesting house martins and swallows. The Holiday Park stands on an eight acre site well equipped for touring caravanners or campers.

Located high above the Fowey Estuary, on the edge of Bodinnick village, Penmarlam Caravan & Camping Park enjoys spectacular views across the hills and valleys of Southern Cornwall. The Park has been fully redeveloped with the construction of a new Reception with Shop and Off-Licence, modern ladies toilet and shower block including baby changing facilities, disabled facilities, and additional electric hookup points. 2006 saw the addition of 6 fully serviced pitches with their own water and drainage points to hookup to in addition to an electrical hookup.

We have a modern toilet and shower block that is kept very clean throughout the season. Our power showers are free of charge. A separate launderette, washing up area also use of fridge and freezer. Outside we have a wet suit washing area and washing lines for your use. Many of the pitches are individually screened with ornamental trees and shrubs providing a little more privacy than some other parks and the grounds are well presented and maintained to a high standard, the grass is kept short with flowers and shrubs in abundance. For children to enjoy, we have a fully equipped play area including a large trampoline with safety net.
Also provided is a separate area for ball games.
We welcome pets and have an enclosed area to exercise your pet

MENA CARAVAN AND CAMPING SITE

This quiet, secluded countryside family run Caravan and Camping Site is very conveniently placed - being only 1 1/2 miles from the A30 at the St. Austell round-about.

The Site is situated in a very pleasant position with 15 Acres of open space including a small fishing Lake, on a mainly level, well drained site. Dogs are welcome but must be quiet and kept on a lead at all times while on the site.

The village of Lanivet is 1 1/2 miles away, has a `late opening' village shop, Post Office, Church, a very friendly pub with good food, and an `Excellent' Fish and Chip Restaurant and Take-away.

Our small fishing lake is stocked with Common Carp, Rudd and Bream. A fish licence is required, and only barbless hooks may be used. Boilies and keep-nets are not permitted. There are many large fishing lakes, both Trout and Course, within 15 minutes from the site.
